今天因為我生日
所以我跑去慶生
沒有去上課
絕得對老師很不好意思
所以我問同學
有關今天上課的內容
如下
老師讓同學看了一個案例有位工程師因為牽扯到著作財產權的問題
而被起訴
我們藉由這個案例開始衍生討論相關的事件
●智慧財產權由三項法律共同支撐
1.專利法
2.商標法
3.著作權法


老師要每個人在Open Access裡選擇一篇文章閱讀
而我選擇了Ch4裡的
open access in the natural sciences

內容如下:
owing to the large number of disciplines and the extremely varied ways of handling scientific knowledge
由於大量的學科和極為不同的處理方法的科學知識

the willingness of scientists to grant open access to research results is not uniform
願意的科學家給予公開獲得的研究結果並不統一
the arguments for and aginst the open access movement are complex and sometimes controversial
的論點和起訴書的開放存取運動是複雜的，有時爭議
